Who we are

Founder Built is a digital education program run by Ludovic Verbeeck. This policy explains what information we collect when you use thefounderbuilt.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Your email address, when you request the free guide or ask us to send your project brief from the quiz.
• Your first name, if you provide it alongside your email.
• A short description of the tool you want to build, taken from your quiz answer, so we can understand what you are working on. The rest of your quiz answers stay in your browser and are turned into a file you download - we never receive them.
• Payment details, if you buy the program. These are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your email and name to send you the free guide, your project brief, and occasional notes about the program or useful tools we ship. We use your quiz description to tailor what we send you. Payment information is used only to process your purchase and give you access to the program.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (TrackTrendy) to see how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. Because there are no tracking cookies, this site does not need a cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the services that make this site work:

• Stripe - payment processing (privacy policy).
• Cloudflare - hosting, security, and bot protection (privacy policy).
• Orbit - our own customer relationship tool, where your email and message are stored so we can reply.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as you are on our list or a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. To make any of these requests, email [email protected] and we will act on it promptly, in line with the GDPR.
