Acceptance of these terms

By using thefounderbuilt.com, downloading the free guide, using the quiz, or buying the program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the program.

What Founder Built is

Founder Built is an educational program that teaches non-technical business owners how to build their own custom software with AI. It is offered by Ludovic Verbeeck. What you can get:

• A free guide and a free quiz that writes a project brief you download and keep.
• A paid 4-week program for a one-time fee of €997, which includes self-paced materials and one 40-minute call with Ludovic each week.

Founder Built teaches a method. It is education, not a done-for-you service, and it does not guarantee any specific business or financial result.

Payment

The program is a one-time payment of €997, handled securely by Stripe. Access to the materials and calls is granted once your payment is complete.

Refunds

Because the program gives you immediate access to downloadable materials and scheduled calls, refunds work as follows: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not attended a call or downloaded the bulk of the materials. After that point, or once you have used the program, the fee is non-refundable. If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] and we will try to make it right.

What you build is yours

Anything you create using the method is entirely yours. You are responsible for your own software, including how it handles your customers, their data, payments, and any legal or tax obligations that apply to your business.

Our intellectual property

The guide, the quiz, the program materials, and the content on this site belong to Ludovic Verbeeck. They are licensed to you for your own personal and business use. You may not resell, share, republish, or redistribute them without written permission.

No guarantees

The site and the program are provided on an as-is basis. AI tools, hosting providers, and payment services change over time, and your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not warrant that following the program will produce any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Founder Built and Ludovic Verbeeck are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the guide, the quiz, or the program, or from any software you build with the method. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Third-party services

This site relies on Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for hosting and security. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for any websites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Poland.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
